  • 1 onion

Utensils

  • Knife
  • Citrus juicer
  • 180 ºC oven (or, failing that, a container where you can heat it)
  • Cotton or piece of cloth to make the compress

What should you do ?

  • First heat the onion, in the oven, at 180 ºC for 15 minutes. If you do this with a container on the stove, leave it for 20 to 30 minutes as well.
  • When the time is up, remove the onion and then cut it in half with the knife.
  • Use the juicer to extract the juice from the onion.
  • Then soak the cotton or the piece of cloth in the onion juice.
  • Make sure it is at a medium temperature and place it on the ear that has the infection.

You can also use a dropper and fill it with juice. You should add two drops in the ear before going to sleep.

Remember that onion juice shouldn’t burn you or cause more serious injury.
