Cauliflower Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 g whole wheat spelled flour
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 3 eggs
- Salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic powder

Method of preparation
- Beat the eggs until they have a frothy texture. Then add the flour sifted through a colander, as well as the salt, spices and a little water.
- Then mash the cauliflower using a food processor. Then remove excess moisture with a clean cloth, add extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic.
