  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (10 g)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 6 dates

How to proceed ?

  • Put the two tablespoons of chia seeds in the liter of water and stir well. Then let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare this remedy so that you get one liter to drink in the morning and one liter in the afternoon.
  • At the end of the day, eat 6 dates to increase the effects of this treatment.

Chia seeds are not a magic bullet, but they are a good addition to a healthy diet.

It is advisable to eat them regularly, without transforming them into a food for daily consumption.
