  • 2 tablespoons of salt (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered marinade (30 g)
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cayenne leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)

  • The first thing to do is separate the chicken breast fillets from the rest of the ingredients and wash them well. Then, drain and let stand.
  • Then cut the chicken breasts into small slices of 3 centimeters and set them aside in a bowl.
  • Then you need to take care of the sauce: garlic, onions, red pepper, spices, pepper, salt and marinade. Cut well and mix. This will give flavor to the kebabs.
  • Once the previous step is complete, cover everything and set aside in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • It’s time to use the sticks that will be used to make the skewers.
