  • 150 g of fresh pineapple (1 glass)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger (5 g)
  • A glass of water (250 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (15 g)

  • Mix everything at high speed until you get a homogeneous consistency.
