  • ½ tablespoon of mustard (7.5 gr)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (30 gr)
  • 2 cups of grated cheese (500 gr)
  • 1 glass of water (250 ml)

Preparation

  • First preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Combine the cornstarch, mustard, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  • Then add the milk, butter and water.
  • Cook everything over medium heat, stirring the mixture occasionally.
  • Let it boil for a minute.
  • Turn off.
  • Immediately add 1 cup of grated cheese and all the pasta.
  • Then mix until the cheese is melted.
  • Cover the preparation with the rest of the cheese.
  • Finally, place everything in the oven.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (15 ml)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions (250 gr)

  • 6 cups of fresh corn or frozen corn (1500 gr)
  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)
  • 3 cubes of dehydrated broth
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)

Preparation

  • Place the oil, onion, paprika and garlic in a large skillet.
  • Then sauté everything for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add four cups of corn, water and stock cubes.
  • Stir until the dehydrated cubes dissolve.
  • Then cook for 20 minutes until the corn is tender.
  • Remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
