Example of daily menus

Here is a first example of a daily menu that can be followed by people with gluten intolerance.

1. Breakfast and mid-morning snack

First, you can start the morning with a latte. You can add a natural orange juice to it. Then you can finish with a toast of cornbread with strawberry jam.

In the middle of the morning, you can enjoy a yogurt with honey and cornflakes.

2. Lunch

For example, you can opt for a rice dish with a pan-fried variety of mushrooms. Then one of the best options is roast chicken with aromatic herbs.

For dessert, eat one or two fruits. In season, it’s even better.

3. Snack and dinner

For the afternoon snack, it’s a good idea to have a fruit salad. Although this food has been eaten before, it should be remembered that specialists recommend eating at least 5 fruits per day. It is therefore good to add another one in the afternoon.

Then have a varied salad for dinner. You can compose it with tomato, lettuce, arugula, asparagus and onion. To avoid being hungry, you can also prepare a potato omelet.

Finally, for dessert, a good option can be a baked apple, cut into pieces with cinnamon and sugar.

We must keep in mind that there are currently substitutes for wheat bread and pasta that do not contain gluten. Almost any supermarket you can also find rice flour products for people with celiac disease.

There are also bread and cookies made from corn flour. So it’s just a matter of replacing one type of cookie or bread with another.
